The 8mm planetary gear motor has a backlash of only 1.5°, allowing it to operate with virtually no backlash, providing excellent positioning accuracy and fast response for applications requiring precise control. During continuous operation, the maximum allowable input speed of the motor can reach 8000rpm, ensuring stable performance under high-speed operation. In addition, the motor’s radial clearance is ≤0.04mm and axial clearance is ≤0.15mm, further enhancing its reliability in high-precision applications.

The main transmission structure of planetary reducer is: planetary wheel, sun wheel, outer gear ring.

The planetary gear reducer has the characteristics of light weight, small size, large transmission ratio range, high efficiency, smooth operation, low noise and strong adaptability, and is generally used for transmission equipment with low speed and large torque. The principle is to put the motor, internal combustion engine, motor or other high-speed operation of the power through the input shaft of the reducer with a small number of teeth gear on the output shaft of the big gear, so as to achieve the purpose of deceleration.
