42MM Planetary gear motor large torque low backlash

The 42MM Planetary gear motor has a backlash of only 1.2°, allowing it to operate with virtually no backlash, providing excellent positioning accuracy and fast response for applications requiring precise control. During continuous operation, the maximum allowable input speed of the motor can reach 8000rpm, ensuring stable performance under high-speed operation. In addition, the motor’s radial clearance is ≤0.04mm and axial clearance is ≤0.3mm, further enhancing its reliability in high-precision applications.

Product Description

In the structure of the planetary gear group, a number of gears are surrounded by a central gear (sun wheel) along the tooth ring of the planetary reducer shell, and when the planetary reducer is operating, with the rotation of the central gear (sun wheel), several gears around the surrounding will also "revolve" around the central gear. Because the layout of the core transmission part is very similar to the way the planets in the solar system revolve around the sun, this reducer is called a "planetary reducer." This is also the reason why the planetary reducer is called the planetary reducer.
