36MM DC 3-24V planetary gear motor high reduce ratio low backlash

The 36MM planetary gear motor has a backlash of only 1.2°, allowing it to operate with virtually no backlash, providing excellent positioning accuracy and fast response for applications requiring precise control. During continuous operation, the maximum allowable input speed of the motor can reach 8000rpm, ensuring stable performance under high-speed operation. In addition, the motor’s radial clearance is ≤0.04mm and axial clearance is ≤0.3mm, further enhancing its reliability in high-precision applications.

Product Description

The planetary reducer is a power transmission mechanism that uses the speed converter of the gear to slow down the rotation number of the motor to the desired rotation number and obtain a larger torque mechanism. The less toothed gear on the drive shaft engages the larger gear on the output shaft to achieve the purpose of deceleration. Ordinary reducer will also have several pairs of the same principle of gear mesh to achieve the ideal reduction effect, the ratio of the number of teeth of the size of the gear, is the transmission ratio.
