Product Description

The typical efficiency loss in planetary reducer arrangement is only 3% per stage; This type of efficiency ensures that most of the input energy is passed through the gearbox rather than wasted in mechanical losses in the gearbox. The efficiency is better than harmonics and can exceed 90% in some cases.

1. High efficiency: the planetary gear is completely constant mesh, eliminating the possibility of gear collision or partial mesh damage to the gear teeth. The complete and constant meshing function also allows automatic and rapid gear ratio changes without power flow interruptions.

2. Higher stability: Due to the uniform distribution of mass and increased rotational stiffness, the arrangement of the planetary gearbox also creates greater stability.
